On Thursday arrived from Calcutta, via Derwent, the ship Mary, Captain Ormon, with a various cargo. -Passengers from Calcutta, Captain Faithfull and Lieutenant Hamilton:-The Mary sailed from Calcutta the 23d of February, and left the Pilot the 1st of March. National Archives. Criminal Petitions. Ref: HO 17/72/174 Prisoner name: Henry Winchester. Court and date of trial: Old Bailey Sessions, April 1821. Crime: Uttering counterfeit notes of Bank of England. Initial sentence: 14 years transportation. Annotated (Outcome): Not granted (no recommendation from Governor). Petitioner(s): The prisoner, undersigned by five employers and officials in Newcastle, New South Wales, Mr Price, the prosecutor, and James Dummelow of Vitriol Works, Rotherhithe, the prisoner's former employer. Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Youth; family dependent on his wages; good conduct and character; prosecutor recommends mercy. Additional Information: Prisoner in New South Wales having arrived in 1822 on ship Mary II. Date: 1826 Nov -1827 July.

I do believe his name was Joseph Henry Winchester (b.1801) and that he had a brother Henry Winchester (b.1803). Their father was also a Henry Winchester (b.1770). Joseph was transported to NSW and lived in Maitland.
