Simon Wineberg/Weinberg was a 25 year old Polish Jew, his father's name was Tratel. Simon (referred to as Samuel on Bengal Mine, also with the wrong convition details) was transported for "Stealing 4 sovereigns, 2 gold watches, 2 silver watches and a gold ring. He was tried on 4/7/1834. 1839: TOL Port Macquarie 9/6/1842: COF 1906: NSW BDM have a death of a Simon Weinberg in 1906, (no proof it was him), no children found, marriage is a little difficult to find on the new NSW BDM unless you have the spouses name, so found nothing.
