Tasmanian Conduct Report, CON31-1-46 Image 120 Henry Winter. Convicted at Sussex 18 Dec 1830 – Life , – manslaughter. He sated " Murdering my wife" Conduct report: May 26 1834- Gross neglect of duty as Watchman, in allowing one of the sheds at the New Market Place to be entered and robbed.
