Leeds Intelligencer Yorkshire, England 6 Sep 1832 YORKSHIRE SUMMER ASSIZES THOMAS WINTER and THOMAS MOSS were convicted of stealing an ewe sheep the property of Mr. Joseph Howard of Hull.— All transported for life. Thomas Moss was also onboard. Thomas Winter was listed as 25 years old on arrival. Native Place: Yorkshire. Thomas was literae, protestant, married - no children listed, 5'2½" tall, brown complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, nose a little cocked, Elizabeth, heart pierced with two darts upper, man and woman, love, double heart, Thomas W. inside lower right arm, fish and ship inside lower left arm. 24/12/1838: Convict Death Register - Thomas Winter died, aged 30, at Goulburn, NSW.
