18-Oct-1850: Ticket of Leave cancelled, for absconding from his hired service. Gayndah bench. Gayndah, Queensland, Prin. Sup. of Convicts' Office Sydney) 18th October, 1850. THE undermentioned prisoners of the Crown holding Tickets of Leave, being absent from their Districts, are illegally at large — Thomas Winter, Bangalore, 22, Yorkshire, cloth dresser, 5 feet inches, dark ruddy and freckled comp, light brown hair, bluish eyes, lower front teeth irregular, E*W inside lower right arm, blue dot back of right hand, HEAP on upper, T-J-W inside lower left arm, J W back bf left hand, blue ring on middle and third fingers of same; from Ticket of Leave, Moreton Bay, and the service of G.
