Thomas Woodward, per Elphinstone 2, F.S., tried at Hobart, on 11 July 1871, for larceny, received 3 months, native place is Lancashire, age 61 yrs, 5 feet 5 inches high, grey hair. Scars upper lip. Tasmania Police Gazette, 13th Oct 1871, p165. Prisoner discharged from Gaol, during the week ending 17 Jan 1872 & 13 Jan 1872. Thomas Woodward, per Elphinstone 2, F.S., for idle & disorderly, sentenced to 3 months, native of Lancashire, labourer, 5 feet 5 inches, 61 yrs, grey hair, scars on upper lip.
