(The ship also made voyages to Australia, in 1837, 1839 & 1845 with free immigrants.)

Colonial sentence. SYDNEY QUARTER SESSIONS. Thursday, April 7. Nathaniel Withen was convicted of stealing a chest of tea, and was sentenced to be transported for seven years to a penal settlement. Sydney Free Press, 12 Apr 1842. Nathaniel Witham, free, stealing, seven years' transportation.  Sydney Herald, 14 April 1842.

Nathaniel Witham, an urchin aged 12 years, stood indicted for stealing five shillings ; but was acquitted in consequence of a defect in the evidence. He was, however, detained for trial on another indictment.  New Times (London), 27 Oct 1825. Thomas Hayes, George Fuggle, and Nathaniel Witham, were convicted of stealing a time-piece, and sentenced each to transportation for seven years.   New Times (London), 29 Oct 1825.
