Catherine Brennan and Barnaby Withers were placed at the bar, charged with stealing a sum of money from Ann Justice, on the 22d Feb, in Bandon. Withers Guilty, to be transported for 7 years. Brennan not Guilty.  Cork Constitution, 22 March 1834.
