ASSIZE INTELLIGENCE. At Huntingdon assizes, Samuel Witney, for stealing a horse, of Wm. Martin, of Bury, was capitally convicted and received sentence of death, but was afterwards reprieved. Northampton Mercury, 25 July 1801.
