Had child after liasion with Elizabeth Wells/Wills (on ship?) resulting in son known as Thomas WELLS in records. Elizabeth marries William Allman from same ship and settles down. Their name changes to Allmon/Almon. Their children marry and bring in names like <Joseph>Clayton and Mitchell. Outcome for Barton wood unknown.
