1544. GEORGE WOOLLARD was indicted for stealing, on the 23rd of May, 1 bridle, value 14s.; and 1 belly-band, value 4s.; the goods of William Gibson. WILLIAM GIBSON . I live at Walthamstow. On the 23rd of May, I had a bridle and belly-band in my stable—I saw it on the horse between five and six o'clock at night—I missed it on Sunday, the 24th—this if my bridle and belly-band—the prisoner was at work for me some days, the week before—he knew where these things were. JAMES SNATH . I am a harness-maker, and live at No. 154, Kingsland-road. I bought these things of the prisoner, on the 24th of May. GUILTY . Aged 18.— Transported for Seven Years.
