Henry Wye was 15 years old when transported.  He was the brother of Francis and Charles Wye, transported on the Edward 1831.

1841: Henry was tried at the Sydney QS, along with brother Charles, for “Stealing from the person”.  Both were found not guilty.

28/6/1841: COF

1842: Tried again for “Stealing from the person” and sent to Bathurst gaol.

23/5/1842: Escaped from Bathurst Gaol.

4/7/1845: Re-offended again and entered Sydney Gaol.
