Louisa Surgeon’s Journal. ADM 101/45/6/11827 Folio 5: case no 4, Anne Yellop, aged 34, convict, taken ill at Woolwich; sick or hurt, enuresis, sallow complexion and habit much weakened by intemperance affected of this complaint for the last two years, during that time the catamenia have been irregular and have not appeared the last 4 months, has been a prostitute and according to her account the complaint appears to have been induced by taking cold in working the streets at night; put on sick list 16 August 1827, discharged 8 September 1827 cured.
