Francis allmanwas 22 years old when convicted of stealing a thread case 2s., 1 knife 1s., 1 pair of scissors 1s/. 1 bodkin 1d., 1 pair of tweezers 2d., 50 needles 2d., 1 dressmaker's pencil 2d., the goods of Susanna Blackburn. Francis's occupation was a "cordwainer/shoemaker". Francis was illiterate, 5'2 1/4" tall, pale face, brown hair, hazel eyes. 1822 Muster: Assigned to Alex Tomsey, Sydney. 1825 Muster: Clearing Party at Appin. 27/10/1825: COF 5/3/1827: Married Margaret Kelly (Per Grenada 1824) and had 6 children. 23/3/1845: Francis died.
