Francis's occupation was a "cordwainer/shoemaker". Francis was illiterate, 5'2 1/4" tall, pale face, brown hair, hazel eyes. 1822 Muster: Assigned to Alex Tomsey, Sydney. 1825 Muster: Clearing Party at Appin. 27/10/1825: COF 5/3/1827: Married Margaret Kelly (Per Grenada 1824) and had 6 children. 23/3/1845: Francis died.
