William anderson was 48 years old when indicted for stealing 1 coat 3s., 1 waistcoat 1s., 2 shirts 1s., and 1 petticoat 6d., the property of George Heath, from his dwelling at St. Anne, Westminster. William was a working Goldsmith and Jeweller, he had fallen on hard times and had been working as a housekeeper. He had a wife and 3 children. He was sentenced to death. 1840: TOL Mudgee 10/5/1842: TOL Passport on the recommendation of the Mudgee Bench. 1/3/1848: CP 1864: Died at Mudgee aged 75 (as per NSW BDM).
