James Atkins was 19 years old and a native of Chelsea. He was transported for 'robbing his master'. He stole 2 silver spoons, value 20s., the property of William Spratt, for whom he had been working for 6 months at the Royal Hospital Public House. 24/6/1837: TOL Patrick Plains. 6/8/1838: COF 5/10/1839: Applied to marry Rebecca Larkins, aged 23 who came free. He was 26. They married at the Presbyterian Church, Whittingham NSW in 1839. No issue found.
