Numerous records of misconduct. 10/07/1849: Transportation extended 12 months. 15/08/1849: Transportation extended 18 months. Further charge for Highway Robbery. Oatlands S.C. 31/12/1851. Guilty. 15yr transportation sentence. Sent to Norfolk Island 1852-1855 Served time at Port Arthur Penal Settlement and Maria Island (off east coast of Tasmania).
