At Port Sorell, John Barker, per Blenheim 3, F.S., charged with larceny, sentenced to 1 month, native of Yorkshire, a labourer, 53 yrs old, 5 feet 4 1/2 inches high, resident of Campbell Town & Longford. Tasmania Police Gazette, 12th July 1872, p115. Prisoner Discharged from HM Gaols & Houses of Corrections, Hobart & Launceston, weeks ending 3 Aug & 7 Aug 1872. John Barker, per Blenheim 3, tried at Torquay, 3 Jul 1872, for larceny, served 1 month, native of Yorkshire, 53 yrs, 5 feet 4 3/4 inches, grey hair, F.S. 1854, J.C. the bust of a female and Elizabeth on left arm, no front teeth in upper jaw.
