MARY JANE FITZGERALD and JAMES FRY , feloniously setting fire to a house in the possession of Emma Beaumont, with intent to injure and defraud the Westminster Fire-office, and EMMA BEAUMONT for feloniously inciting them to commit the said felony. --------------------------------------------------- Tasmanian Records.
