Born In Winlaton, Durham,North East England. abt 1827 a Blacksmith. Father was Willaim Bilclough 1793-1839 also Blacksmith, Mother Catherine Bilclough Nee Jellings 1794 - 1856 both parents died in Winlaton, Durham.UK
