William Blower married Sarah Farrell in Perth on the 13 January 1856. They had one daughter Bridget, born on 30 November 1857 in the Canning District, possibly on Middleton Property (located near Canning Bridge) William Blower died on 21 October 1867, while washing sheep in the Canning River at Stoke Farm (now known as Maddington), he was butted by a Ram into the river where he subsequently drowned.
