He was tried for theft probably at Old Bailey, sentenced to Life, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict on 27 1 1815 after a voyage of 6months on MARQUIS OF WELLINGTON. He was Free by Servitude by 1815. He was living at Wilberforce as a farmer when he married Margaret Jane (Moore) on 19 3 1822 of Wilberforce at St Matthews CofE Windsor. He died on 18 1 1866 age about 73. [Some details taken from this Website] Margaret Jane (Moore) was born on 21 8 1804 & baptised on 25 12 1804 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. She was living at Wilberforce in 1822. He was recorded in 1828 & 1830 as a farmer. She died on 7 12 1880 age76.
