11/6/1840: Tried at Bathurst QS for killing sheep - 10 years, 1840: Sent to Norfolk Island. 12/10/1845: Arrived VDL per 'Lady Franklin'. Described as: Literate, Pastry cook and baker, 32 years old, 5'0ΒΌ" tall, fresh complexion, dark brown hair and whiskers, hazel eyes, lancet mark on right arm, slight scar on left cheek. Sent to Port Cygnet for one year. 15/5/1846: Emerged from Gang. 15/9/1846: TOL 23/5/1848: TOL Revoked. 7/6/1850: Free Certificate.
