Son James CANTFIELD was also transported to New South Wales, Australia per the 'King William' 1840. Noted on his record that his father Michael CANTFIELD had already been transported.

Michael Cantfield was 46 years old and was transported for "Stealing potatoes". Michael was married with 3 male and 4 female children. 1843: TOL Goulburn 10/7/1845: COF Michael's son, also Michael aged 12, came free per same ship. Two first cousins, Richard and Michael Mooney arrived about 1825.
