Government Asylums for the Infirm and Destitute Ann Curley ** alias Finnegan, aged 70 R.C. Born in Ireland. Prisoner per Ship; Cain ** 1831 Offence; Robbing from the person. Single Has been in service in and about Sydney. In very bad health Admitted; 1 Oct 1889 and discharged; 31 Oct 1891. DEAD.

Per Ancestry She married Charles Robertson on August 7, 1843, in Scots Church,Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Ann's surname is shown as Carley on the marriage index). They had 4 (four), children, Elizabeth "Isobel" (married Richard Robinson), Alexander (married Caroline nee Tapper), Charles (married Elizabeth Amelia nee Robinson), and Jane Ann,(Married Austin Ball) [https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/225253536/ann-robertson]. On 30 Jul 1847, she received a Conditional Pardon (other pardons were cancelled as she was not in district).
