James Cullen, boy, about 13 or 14 years of age, for stealing four shirts, the property of Peter Shannon, on the Lodge Road, near Belfast. Guilty; to be transported 7 years. The Judge, in passing sentence, observed, that he had made inquiry concerning the prisoner, and the result was no means in his favour; for though young in years he was old in iniquity.
