Transported for stg a writing desk & a purse containing 7/6, prosecutor Crocketford? For Housebreaking 6 months; metal, 1 month. Never went by any other name than Cunningham. Surgeon’s report: Indifferent. Trade, Laborer. Native place, Gatehouse Nr Dumfries. Remarks (Relations): M Janet, ½B. Jas, B John. S. Margt, Mr?, at NP. His initial period of labour was 12 months, at Wedge Bay. Note that he is crippled. Right arm crippled has been broken, tip of thumb left hand scarred, several scar left leg, scar on 2 finger. Claimed he never had any aliases- married to Mary Parkes ( from Ireland) in Warrnambool, Victoria 23 Dec 1851. They had 9 children and he died in Otago New Zealand
