Peter Duke was transported on the Guillardon, departing 30th Nov 1837 and arriving 11th Mar 1838 with 16 passengers.

Trade, Farm Lab & soldier. Tried Ghazepore, 25 May 1837, 7 years, Native place, Roscommon. Single. Catholic. Can neither read nor write. Relations: 3 Bs, Jno, Thos, Bartholomew, at NP (native place) Ship, Guillardon. Offence: Desertion & making away with his Regimental necessaries.

Peter Duke was convicted at Ghazipur, East Indies on 25 May 1837 for desertion and loss of regimental clothing. 7yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) on the 'Guillardon' 1838. Single man. Assignments in Colony. Free Certificate 1845.
