The following case could refer to him: Supreme Court. Tuesday - Before Judge Burton, and the usual Commission. Edward James Grey was indicted for presenting, pointing, and levelling, a gun loaded with powder and shot, and attempting to discharge the same at John Baker, with intent in so doing to kill and murder him, at Port Macquarie, on the 29th Jan. Not guilty. Discharged. Sydney Herald, 13 Jun 1833.
