She was tried at Tipperary Ireland about May 1801, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 7 7 1802 after a voyage of 6months on ATLAS. She was Free by Servitude by 1809. Sainty & Johnson; 1828 Census of New South Wales: [Ref M1203] McNamara, Elizabeth, 45, free by servitude, Atlas, 1802, 7 years, Catholic, landholder, Pitt Town. 260 acres, 92 cleared, 30 cultivated, 7 horses and 150 cattle. The children are not recorded as being with her, but elsewhere.

McNamara, Richard, 16, born in the colony, child of Pat. Cullen, Windsor. McNamara, Mary, 14, born in the colony, child of Pat. Cullen, Windsor. McNamara, Patrick, 4, born in the colony, child of Pat. Cullen, Windsor.
In the colony, Elizabeth married Patrick Cullen (Convict, Atlas, 1802). He had been another convict, transported from Ireland on the same ship. 1811 Muster: [1419] Cullen, Patrick, Atlas, tried March 1800, Kilkenny, 7 years (PRO n1085) [4050] McNamara, Elizabeth, Atlas, tried spring 1801, Clonmel, 7 years, (PRO n4510). The couple had 6 children between 1806 and 1822, Patrick died in 1823.
