on the moffatt he was treated for scurvy and was cured,he was conditional pardoned after ten years, he became a servant and married hanna lynch on 1st march 1848

conditional pardon 1848,became a servant,married hanna lynch in hobart 1848,had 4 children,ann elizabeth 1852,thomas william 1852,henry 1853,charles 1855,henry died 1859 aged 5years 9months,thomas evans died 1869 at oatlands,henry and thomas{senior} are buried in the same grave at st patricks church colebrook,don't know what happed to his wife.son thomas william married catherine plummer in hobart 1875 they had 12 children.
