Henry Fackrell was 15 years old on arrival in VDL, on his conduct record it states his crime as robbing his father of a purse containing £1.7.6. Henry was 4'8 1/4" tall could read and write, fair complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes. 13/1/1851: TOL 10/6/1851: TOL revoked, Larceny under £5 15/7/1856: TOL 4/1/1858: Free Certificate, Hobart. No further reference of Henry in Tasmania, but he made his way to Victoria. 1865: Married Ellen Dougherty (1848-1926), they had 7 children and lived at Indi, near Rutherglen. 20/8/1897: Ellen Fackrell received a grazing licence for Carlyle (widow of the late Henry Fackrell. 1890: Henry died at Indi, near Rutherglen.
