On these voyages, she also carried 'Pensioner Guards' and their families, a few free passengers and soldiers. The 1862 voyage went via Bermuda and picked up British and local prisoners.

South Eastern Gazette Newspaper 09 July 1850: Francis Fenn, the younger, 16, for stealing one pistol value 2 shillings, the property of Frederick Todd, at Ulcomb - six weeks hard labour. South Eastern Gazette Newspaper 08 Jan 1856: Francis Fenn, 21, was charged with stealing a pair of shoes, value 7 shillings, the property of Robert Nicholls, at Ulcomb, on 28th November. verdict Guilty South Eastern Gazette Newspaper 27 Oct 1857: Francis Fenn, labourer was charged with breaking and entering the dwelling house of Thomas Moseley and stealing 2 pounds 5 shillings therefrom in Ulcombe, on 5th September. Fifteen Years penal Servitude.

Francis was 28 years old on arrivfal, he was 5'8" tall, sandy hair, blue eyes, red complexion, middling stout, semi literate, protestant, tree left arm, man and 2 trees right arm, scar first finger right hand, single. 26/11/1864: TOL 28/6/1873: COF, Champion Bay.

He was the son of Francis Fenn and Hannah Higgens,9th or their 11 children. He was also a twin, with brother Higgens Fenn who also found himself up before a judge on more than one occasion. Francis' previous convictions were 5 July 1850 sentenced to 6 weeks for Larceny 03 Jan 1856 - 12 months for Larceny then 22 Oct 1857 - 15 years for house breaking.
