He was tried at Dublin city Ireland, sentenced to Life & arrived in NSW as a convict on 16 2 1813 after a voyage of 9months on ARCHDUKE CHARLES. He had been issued his Ticket of Leave when he married Ann (West age16) on 4 2 1830 with permission of parents at Holy Trinity Kelso.
