JOHN FRANKLIN was indicted for feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of Lord Duncannon , on the 21st of May , in the parish of Marybone , and stealing therein, one hammer-cloth, value 10 l. one box coat, value 2 l. and four coach-glasses, value 2 l. his property.
