The Sydney Morning Herald. Sat 6 Feb 1847. Page 2 ASSIZE INTELLIGENCE. MALICIOUSLY KILLING A HORSE, William Gates was indicted for having, on the ' 14th September, maliciously killed a horse, at Lake George, the property of Francis Cooper. The prisoner, who was committed by the Goulburn Bench, pleaded not guilty.....................
