Transported for Highway Robbery per CO 201.522 p239. https://nla.gov.au/nla.obj-1074477637/view Per same reference, he was listed as being born in 1815. Trade listed as labourer. Received ticket of leave 12 July 1845. In 1862 serving in the Maitland area.

Thomas was born ADAWAY and was convicted HADAWAY then changed his name back to ADAWAY upon granted approval to Marry & Ticket of Leave FREEDOM
