William Haines was tried at the Combay Court Martial on the 25th March 1850 - Sesntenced to Life for 'Carnally knowing a girl under the age of 8'. William Haines was listed as 18 years old on arrival. Native Place: Cheltenham. William was 5'7" tall, fair complexion, brown hair, no whiskers, blue eyes, scar on left arm below elbow, 5 scars on right arm below elbow, scar on right thumb. 27/10/1857: TOL 25/5/1859: CP
