TRIAL 1856: 29 March, 1856: Tavistock -- committal of Michael Henry on a charge of feloniously wounding with intent to kill at Lydford, Devon (Exeter and Plymouth Gazette, 12 April, p5). --0--


TRIALS PRE-1856: March, 1853: March Sessions, Wakefield -- Michael Henry was convicted and sentenced to 6 months' jail for a felony. 20 May, 1854: At Wakefield -- he was convicted for vagrancy and sentenced to 3 months' jail. 4 September, 1854: Birmingham General Quarter Sessions -- Michael Henry was convicted and sentenced to 4 years' penal servitude for larceny from the person; i.e., stealing a watch. He was admitted to Dartmoor prison on 7 September 1855. --00--
