Hill. —————————————————————————— William married Ellen, she is described as his wife in the 1828 census Index. 1828 Census Index. Ellen Hickey, 35, G.S. Brothers 2, 1827, 7 years, catholic, wife of Wm. Wynn, York St. Sydney. ————————————————————————— Ellen had died by the November 1836, when William requested marriage permission. He made two other requests shortly afterwards. ————————————————————————— Permission dated 21 Nov 1836, at Sydney.
