Isaac was 5'4¾" tall, ruddy complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes. 9/8/1836: Permission to marry Hannah Craad (Canton) - Hannah was 26, came free, and Isaac was 34 and on bond. 12/12/1836: Married Isaac 'Harton' at St. Phillips, Sydney. NSW BDM has the marriage registered as 1838. Children: 1837: Thomas Horton 1838: Isaac Horton d.1887 20/3/1840: Anna Unitas Harton d. 11/10/1899 1839: TOL, Parramatta. 5/11/1840: Isaac died in NSW. Listed as 40 years old, and as Isaac Harton. Hannah Crane was born in 1811, Gloucestershire. 14/9/1848: Married George Ambrose - they had 5 children. Hannah died at Mudgee, NSW, 15/11/1885.

The business of the Summer Assizes for the county of Wilts, commenced at our Council Chamber on Monday last, ...The following prisoners were tried, and sentenced as under : DEATH....Isaac Horton, for a burglary and robbery in the house of John Plaister, at Lacock... All the above prisoners have been reprieved. Salisbury and Winchester Journal Monday, October 25, 1825 On Monday the 26th ult. the following prisoners were conveyed from, Fisherton Gaol to the Leviathan hulk in Portsmouth harbour, for transportation:- For Life.- Robert Jones, John Smith, George Billett, Edward Billett, James Smith, Robert Jefferies, Levi Burton, Belcher Dicks, and William Oatley, all for horse-stealing.- Also for life: Stephen Blake, for stabbing his wife at Salisbury; William Withers, for high-way robbery; and Isaac Hurton, for burglary. For 14 years, John Bryant, for sheep-stealing. For 7 years, Thomas Hobbs, for house-breaking.
