For Trial.—William Raines and James Mead, charged with stealing a man's hat. the property of James Chapman, of Trowbridge. Devizes and Wiltshire Gazette, 19 May 1836. On Thursday last, the following convicts were removed from Fisherton gaol, and out on board the York hulk, at Gosport:—Michael Russell, James Mead—for Life. Adam Eatwell, George Watkins, for Fourteen years. William Raines, Daniel Richens, John Francis, Henry Wicks, John Holloway, and John Atkins—for Seven years each. Salisbury Journal, 1 Aug 1836.
