Prisoner discharged from HM Gaol, during week ending 2nd & 6th Mar 1872. William Herbert alias James, per Rodney 1, F.S., tried at S.C. Hobart, for breaking into a store, etc, on the 15 Sept 1868, sentenced to 5 years, native of London, 45 yrs, 5 feet 3 1/2 inches high, brown hair, residue of sentence remitted.
