His mother arrived on convict ship "Mexborough" in Dec 1841 Henry had 3 half sisters, Ann, Margaret, Ellen and half brother Patrick, that where on the ship with their mother Ann Malanaphy. In 1852 Ann & William Pickburn aboard the ship "Joanna" went to Melbourne.
Born Waterford, Ireland on 18th May 1819. AKA Harry Power. Convicted of stealing shoes. Said to have taught a young Ned Kelly. Drowned in 1892 when he fell in the Murray River at Swan Hill, Victoria.
