OCCUPATION: Listed as a "brass founder", he would have worked in a foundry, producing metal casings. A "forgeman" was also a foundry worker or a blacksmith (https://www.familyresearcher.co.uk/glossary/Dictionary-of-Old-Occupations-Index.html). --00--
