Armagh Assizes ... Loughlin KENNAN, for falsly pretending and affirming that one John MCFARLAN was a deserter, and thereby obtaining from Leonard DOBBIN, Esq. the pro-collector, the sum of one pound. Guilty -- to be transported for seven years. Limerick General Advertiser, 9 Aug 1811.
