William Kitsell/Kitsall was 33 years old, 5’4 ¾” tall, single, dark brown hair, dark hazel eyes, sallow complexion, middling stout, burn near right elbow. 18/8/1863: TOL 20/10/1864: CP, Swan. Worked as a general servant. 19/11/1869: Drunk – fined 7/3/1883 Police Gazette, Western Australia: WILLIAM KITSALL, exp., late 6641; charged at York, on the 28th ult., by P.C Beresford, with supplying ab. nat. Billy with fermented and spirituous liquor. Fined £5 and costs or 2 months h.l. 3/11/1894: Drunk – fined. 1904: William died, aged 72?? – Listed as ‘Kitsell’. No marriage or children found.
