Louisa Murdin (nee Holt) was born in Nottingham. She married John Murdin in 1848 in Nottingham. In 1853 Louisa married George James Drummond, in Longford Tasmania. They had 2 children. George Drummond died in 1864. In 1870 Louise married Edward Hicks, in Longford Tasmania. Louisa died 6th May 1890, and is buried in the Pioneer Cemetery at Longford, Tasmania.
