Londonderry Assizes. Michael McCallion and Wm. Patton, for stealing cow on the night of the 30th April last, from John Henderson, Esq. of Clooney, in the neighbourhood of Derry—both Guilty, and sentence of death recorded against them but in consideration of the Grand Jury having recommended them to mercy, his Lordship afterwards commuted their punishment to transportation for 7 years.
